Crest Financial is looking for a new Project Manager. Recently honored as the 2nd FASTEST GROWING COMPANY IN UTAH by Utah Business Magazine, Crest Financial is an industry leader in No Credit Needed financing throughout the U.S., located in Draper, Utah. The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute and finalize complex technical projects according to deadlines and within budget. This includes, acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultant in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will work with Business and Technical representatives to define the projects objectives and oversee quality control throughout the projects lifecycle.
Daily Expectations:
- Direct and manage project lifecycle from beginning to end.
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Work with Business and Technical representatives to estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with required resources in the business.
- Complete Business Analysis tasks as required to support projects and task.
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
- Other duties assigned as needed.
